For an app issue, include your company name, your sign-in email and a short description of what happened. A trailer number or screenshot can help, but please don’t send a password or payment card number.
Privacy or account request
Use the same contact address for questions about personal data, access or deletion. Tell us which company your account belongs to so we can identify the right records.
You can change your display name, email and password under Profile. Your company manager handles team membership and yard access.
