Accounts and teams

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Your company controls who can join its yard and which roles those people have. Each person should use their own account; a company manager is responsible for managing team access and join codes.

Company records

Your company and its authorized users are responsible for the trailer numbers, locations, statuses, notes and other information they enter. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share or use YardDog to access another company’s records without authorization.

YardDog displays operational information entered by people and updated over a network. Check the actual trailer, spot, equipment and site procedures before moving anything. The app is an aid to coordination, not a substitute for safe work practices or required inspections.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep YardDog available and current, but connections, devices and the service may sometimes be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time. If an update affects your work, check the latest yard information when you reconnect.

Subscriptions

If paid billing is offered to your company, the price, trial and renewal details appear in the company billing screen and at checkout. A company manager can manage payment details and cancellation through the billing portal when those options are available. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period continues access through that period, subject to the displayed billing terms.

Appropriate use

Do not interfere with YardDog’s operation, attempt to bypass a role or company boundary, misuse another person’s account, or upload unlawful or harmful material. We may restrict access when needed to protect the service or other users, subject to applicable law.

We may update these terms and post the revised date here. Changes apply from the posted effective date; if you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service and contact us about your account.
